Meet Coach Brittany.
Founder · 13+ year dually certified educator
Brittany Sikoryak is the founder and head coach of Little Picklers. She has spent more than thirteen years in the classroom as an elementary educator, dually certified in Elementary Education and Special Education. She started Little Picklers after sharing her love of pickleball with her students, who quickly became excited to play themselves.
Today the program runs out of Fort Lee Public School #1 and serves kids in grades 2 through 6 from across Bergen County. Brittany brings a warm, structured, child-centered approach that helps kids build confidence, learn sportsmanship, stay active, and have fun on the court.

Warm, structured, child-centered
Every kid gets a real skill each session and a real win by the end of the week. Confidence is the goal, pickleball is the vehicle.
What I bring to every season.
- A real curriculum, not just free play. Each session is built around one core skill — dinking, serving, third-shot drops, volleys, lobs — and ends with a game where kids actually use it.
- Groups by skill, not by grade. A second grader who's been swinging since she could walk should not be in the same drill as a sixth grader picking up a paddle for the first time. We split groups so every kid is playing kids at their level.
- Every kid leaves with a win. By the end of the week, every kid has something they can do now that they couldn't do on Monday — and they know it.
- Communication that respects parents. You get one email at the start of the week with what we're working on, and a real update at pickup. No mass texts at bedtime.
