Welcome to Little Picklers. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Little Picklers LLC website (littlepicklers.com) and our SMS text messaging program. Little Picklers LLC is referred to here as “Little Picklers,” “we,” “our,” or “us.” By using our website or opting into our SMS program, you agree to these Terms.

2 Who Can Use Our Services
Our website and SMS program are intended for adults 18 years of age or older. Camp registration for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on behalf of themselves and their child.
3 Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, security, or other users. We may update, suspend, or remove parts of the website at any time without notice.
4 Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Little Picklers LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with parents and guardians who have registered for our camp programs. Messages may include program updates (schedule changes, weather closures, pickup reminders) and/or promotional content (new sessions, early registration, special offers), based on the consent selections made during registration.
How to opt out
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After texting STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Little Picklers LLC. To re-subscribe, contact us or opt in again through our registration form.

Message frequency & rates
Message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Message frequency varies based on your consent selections and program activity. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Little Picklers LLC is not responsible for any delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier or device.
Age requirement
Our SMS messaging program is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Camp registration for minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

5 Our Content & Brand
All content on our website — including the Little Picklers name, the “Pickle Pete” mascot, logos, designs, text, photos, and graphics — belongs to Little Picklers LLC and is protected by law. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute our content or branding without our written permission.
6 Program Information
We work to keep schedules, pricing, and program details on our website accurate and current, but information may change and may contain errors. Website content is for general information only and does not, on its own, form a contract. Enrollment is governed by the registration form and the documents listed in Section 7.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Picklers LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the website, reliance on its content, or participation in the SMS program. This section applies to the website and messaging only; the risks and releases related to in-person program activities are covered in our Liability Waiver & Participant Agreement.
9 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Bergen County, New Jersey.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at littlepicklers.com. Continued use of our website or SMS program after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
