Why Cresskill kids play with us

Twelve minutes is a small price for a program designed by a 13-year career educator. Founder Brittany Sikoryak builds the camp the same way she'd build a classroom: clear progression, individualized attention within group play, and a goal for each child by the end of the week. Cresskill kids end up over-prepared, which is the way Cresskill kids tend to like it.

For Cresskill parents & PTAs

Bring Little Picklers
to a Cresskill school.

There's no Little Picklers program in a Cresskill school yet — but that's exactly what we're working to change. The next schools we go into are the ones where one parent picks up the phone.

What we bring

  • • All paddles, balls, and portable nets
  • • A 13+ year educator running the curriculum
  • • Grades 2–6 lesson plans, ready to run
  • • General liability insurance
  • • Registration, payment, and parent comms

What we need from your school

  • • A gym or multi-purpose room
  • • A time slot — after-school, PE block, or weekend
  • • An intro to the principal or PTA president
  • • A spot on the parent newsletter when we launch

No budget line. No staff time. No equipment storage.

We're still building out the standard playbook — we'll shape the format around what works for your school, whether that's an after-school session, a PE enrichment block, or a weekend clinic.

Cresskill parent questions

Is the drive from Cresskill worth it?
Most Cresskill families say yes after week one. We're the only youth pickleball program in this corner of Bergen County, and the half-day format means it's a one-trip morning, not a full-day commitment.
Will Little Picklers come to Cresskill schools?
We hope so — Bryan, Merritt, and the middle school are all on our radar. PTA introductions speed things up; if you have a way in, please reach out.
Are sessions split by age?
By skill, not by grade. We evaluate every kid on day one and group them with peers at their level — that way no 7-year-old is stuck across the net from a 12-year-old, even if they're in the same camp week.
