Youth pickleball
in Edgewater.

Edgewater is built for young families — riverside walks, the Promenade, high-rises and townhomes full of grade-school kids. The one thing missing in town? A real youth sports program inside town limits. We're as close as it gets — five minutes north in Fort Lee, half-day summer mornings, all equipment included.

  • 5 min from Edgewater
  • Grades 2–6, by skill level
  • All equipment included
  • Built by a 13+ year educator

Why Edgewater kids play with us

Apartment families don't always have a garage to store a paddle bag — that's why we provide everything, paddle and balls included. Drop your kid off in athletic clothes and sneakers, pick them up at noon, and there's nothing to bring home but a tired kid and a story about the rally that won the day.

For Edgewater parents & PTAs

Bring Little Picklers
to a Edgewater school.

There's no Little Picklers program in a Edgewater school yet — but that's exactly what we're working to change. The next schools we go into are the ones where one parent picks up the phone.

What we bring

  • • All paddles, balls, and portable nets
  • • A 13+ year educator running the curriculum
  • • Grades 2–6 lesson plans, ready to run
  • • General liability insurance
  • • Registration, payment, and parent comms

What we need from your school

  • • A gym or multi-purpose room
  • • A time slot — after-school, PE block, or weekend
  • • An intro to the principal or PTA president
  • • A spot on the parent newsletter when we launch

No budget line. No staff time. No equipment storage.

We're still building out the standard playbook — we'll shape the format around what works for your school, whether that's an after-school session, a PE enrichment block, or a weekend clinic.

Edgewater parent questions

How far is camp from Edgewater?
About 5 minutes up Hudson Terrace or River Road from most of Edgewater. Easy weekday-morning drive against the commute.
We live in an apartment — do we need to buy gear?
No. We provide every paddle, ball, and drill setup. Your child needs athletic clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle. That's it.
Do other Edgewater kids attend?
Yes — Edgewater has been one of our fastest-growing parent communities. With the Edgewater Public Schools sending kids on to multiple high schools, summer camp is also a way for kids to meet peers they'll see in 7th grade.
